Return Policy

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for any refund.

Damaged shipments

Please notify us immediately if your order arrives damaged AND take a photograph. We will promptly send out replacement products for any damaged products upon receipt of photographic evidence.

Complaints
If you are not 100% happy with the performance of our products, email us, info@homesteadhouse.ca within 30 days of purchase, and we will address any issues on a case by case basis. 
We cannot accept responsibility for product not supplied directly by us.
We always suggest you test a small area of your project before completing the entire piece.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at info@homesteadhouse.ca and send your item to: 101 Portland Street, Etobicoke Ontario CA M8Y 1B1.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 101 Portland Street, Etobicoke Ontario CA M8Y 1B1

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
